The poster depicts a worker reaching out to grab a U.S. capitalist depicted as a rat who is running off holding a glass vessel full of insects. In a side panel, Japanese bacteriological warfare war criminals are depicted being brought to trial in the Soviet High Court in Khabarovsk in December 1949.
